It is our hope that no disagreement shall arise, involving you and  Malvnet; however, in the event there is a controversy, claim or dispute, you agree to waive questions of jurisdiction and all disputes brought by you shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Nigeria. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to your use of this Website, or any product or services made available via MalvNET or its subsidiaries, must be filed within the applicable statute of limitations or, if earlier, one (1) year after the pertinent facts underlying such claim or cause of action could have been discovered with reasonable diligence (or forever be barred).

The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in business, automobile and information technology field in Nigeria and is independent of either party. All legal notices or demands to or upon  Malvnet shall be made in writing and shall be brought to us personally or through certified courier to our registered office address.
